PRIVACY POLICY
Thoughtful Software by Javier Lasso (“Thoughtful Software”) develops Scroll Crew. This policy explains what data the game processes, why it is used and how you can exercise your rights.

2. DATA WE PROCESS
The game may process a random installation identifier; your public Game Center or Google Play Games name and identifier; progress, levels, characters, masteries, distance and gameplay results; technical data required for sync, security and abuse prevention; and messages you send to support. IP addresses are used transiently for rate limiting and are not stored in gameplay or telemetry files.
3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS
We use this data to save and sync your game, provide rankings, restore purchase entitlements, answer support requests, protect the service and analyse game balance and performance pseudonymously. Processing is based on providing the requested service, our legitimate interest in keeping it secure and improving it, and your request when contacting support.
4. STORES AND PLATFORM SERVICES
Apple operates the App Store, purchases, Game Center and iCloud; Google operates Google Play, Play Games and cloud saves. Thoughtful Software does not receive your card or bank details. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. RETENTION AND RECIPIENTS
We retain progress, rankings and telemetry while you use the service or until deletion is requested, unless the law requires otherwise. Support messages are kept only as long as needed. We do not sell data or use advertising. Hosting providers may process data strictly to operate the service.
6. YOUR RIGHTS AND DELETION
You can delete data through Statistics > DELETE in the app. You may also request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by emailing us. If you live in the EEA, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
7. CHILDREN AND CHANGES
Scroll Crew is not designed to deliberately collect children’s personal information. Parents or guardians who believe a child has sent us personal information should contact us. Material changes to this policy will be published here.
